Individual Therapy (45-60 minutes)
Depression, anxiety-related disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorders are among the common mental health disorders that I treat in my practice. One-on-one therapy gives you the opportunity to explore daily challenges ranging from school, work, family, social issues and self-esteem that can be impacted by any of these disorders. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychoanalysis, you will learn the necessary skills to increase your functioning and to become the person whom you desire to be.
Couples Therapy (45-60 minutes)
Have you reached a point in your relationship where it seems like nothing is going well and everything is going wrong? A lack of trust, effective communication and financial challenges are just a few of the common issues that can cause relationships to fail. It can help to have a neutral party explore the issues of your relationship with you to bring closure to them.
